Tim Cobert

Tim Cobert, CPA serves as a board member for INtegRIty and graduated in 2014 with a BA in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.  He is an alumnus of the Acacia Fraternity, a member of the Bloomington Rotary Club, volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and serves on two other nonprofit boards in the community.  With over 11 years of accounting experience, he specializes in nonprofit accounting services and works full-time at Project Oz as their director of finance.

Don Mahannah, Treasurer

Don Mahannah serves as the treasurer and does community engagement for INtegRIty. He manages the financial records and regulatory aspects and works to turn our operating data into information to help us tell our story. He develops and produces marketing and business materials for presentations, events, and other potential donors, clients, and agencies. He does office maintenance, cleaning, and odd jobs whenever necessary. Don is retired from Caterpillar where he enjoyed nearly 30 years of using his talents as an electrical engineer and manager to help develop, build, renovate, and maintain office and factory space around the world.

Luella Mahannah, Executive Director (ex officio)

Luella Mahannah, MS, LCPC, volunteers full-time as Executive Director of INtegRIty. She earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology in 1990 from Illinois State University and has worked professionally at the McLean County Center for Human Services and Catholic Charities. Luella became a volunteer counselor at Home Sweet Home Ministries in 2010. While there, she took additional graduate classes and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2013. In March of 2014, Luella, with her husband Don, founded INtegRIty Counseling in response to a growing need for mental health services for people who were falling through the cracks. Luella maintains a small counseling caseload while focusing her attention on directing the team of paid and volunteer counselors and master's and bachelor's level interns who are working together to meet the needs of the vulnerable and under-served population in McLean County. Luella has two adult daughters and was promoted to "Oma" in 2021 when her first granddaughter was born.

Del Saam attended Northern Illinois University for Jewelry and Metalworking.  He started Army ROTC in January 1992.  He graduated with a Degree in Fine Arts in May 1996 and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Infantry.

He deployed in 2003 and in 2005 with Special Forces.  He graduated Northern Illinois University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2007. In 2008, he deployed a third time with the Infantry to Afghanistan.  In 2015, he deployed to Germany as part of the Russian Strategic Initiative.  In 2017, deployed to Korea for ongoing exercises to evaluate Special Operations Forces.  He led several mission command exercises training senior leaders, continuing to lead exercises all the way until his retirement in 2021.

He started working for 11th Judicial Circuit Veterans Treatment Court in February of 2021 as the Mentor Coordinator.  He developed monthly activities for the Mentors, Veterans and Caregivers to attend.  He works with the community and state to improve recovery opportunities for Veterans.  He is currently the Veteran’s Treatment Court Program Coordinator.

Del is a graduate of the Multicultural Leadership Program.   In his free time, he volunteers as a CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care.  He sits on three nonprofit boards: Milestones Early Learning Center, Integrity Counseling and Illinois Prairie Community Foundation.  His hobbies include art and other social activities with friends.

Dianne Schultz, Chair

Dianne Schultz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Illinois State University.  She has spent 40+ years in the Bloomington-Normal community, serving as a non-profit administrator developing programs for youth and families with significant mental health needs due to experiencing complex trauma.  Dianne also developed and administered an array of programs for children and youth with severe Autism while serving as the Hammitt School Academic Director for 20+ years at The Baby Fold.  She retired from The Baby Fold, having served an additional 10-year tenure as their Chief Executive Officer.    Dianne was appointed to a 3-year term on the INtegRIty Board of Directors, and currently serves as the Chair of the INtegRIty Board.  Her areas of expertise include Board Policy and Governance, Leadership Development, and Community Engagement.

Donald Wiggins

Donald Wiggins - In addition to serving on INtegRIty's board as an advocate for community mental health, Donald is a videographer and owner of Uplift Productions.  He graduated from Illinois State University with a BA in Mass Communications. Prior to focusing on Uplift, Donald was a broadcast engineer with WEEK-TV.  Donald is a deacon at Mt Pisgah Baptist Church in Bloomington, a proud veteran, father, and family man.
